4. Location Data

Location data is collected to show available pandits near you, calculate travel fees, and provide navigation support for pandits. You may deny location permission; however, certain features may not function correctly.

5. Data Sharing

5.1 With Pandits

When you make a booking, your name, contact number, and address are shared with the assigned pandit to enable service delivery.

5.2 With Service Providers

We work with trusted third‑party providers for payment processing, cloud hosting, communication services, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5.3 Legal Disclosure

We may disclose data to government/law enforcement agencies if required under applicable law, court orders, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5.4 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial gain.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Booking records are retained for 3 years for legal and financial compliance.
• Deleted accounts have data removed within 30 days, except where legally required to retain.

We employ industry‑standard security measures: end‑to‑end encryption, secure HTTPS connections, access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by law.
